ATTENTION!

Samples of crafts being made or sold, literature to be handed out or any such item(s) may be requested for approval prior to your registration being accepted (to lessen the chance of duplicate activities). Please send a sample, a photo or a website where your item(s) may be viewed with your registration form.

ATTENTION!

 

Please be aware that our policy is to allow only one participant per Fair - which means if two vendors/exhibitors/businesses have the same business/product, the first one to register will be accepted. Example: Jane, Pampered Chef Consultant registers on 1/2/11 and Cathy, Pampered Chef Consultant, registers on 1/3/11, Jane will be registered. Cathy's registration and fee would be returned to her with our regrets and our thanks.

Likewise, if you have an interactive activity it will be first come first serve.
