Also among the many activities they have, there are crafts and projects for fun, relaxation and social interaction of all ages!!! See our webpage: www.orangevalegrange.org/grangeyouthfair

Fun and Fantasy with a Family Mural ~ While most families have a family portrait, we bet they don't a Family Mural unless, of course they did it at last year's Grange Family Fair!  Come by the Friends of the Orangevale Library booth to pose for your free family mural or update your mural from last year. It's fun, creative and very Picasso-ish. Your masterpiece is yours to take home along with a free book. Visit their website: www.orangevalelibrary.org.

These book enthusiasts have been working with the Orangevale Grange for three years now and are returning this again year.  For more info on the Friends of the Orangevale Library contact Jane billjanewise@comcast.net or Betts bettinarflores@msn.net.

The Bowen Technique is a very gentle form of natural healing.  In order to appreciate it's subtlety and depth, the therapy really needs to be experienced.  Nothing is imposed from without - the sole intention of the work is to encourage the body to respond by carefully stimulating it's own innate ability to heal.
